Coming on board in 1993, Patricia is the Director of the University of the Kentucky Small Business Development Center located in Elizabethtown, where she provides business management consulting and training. Additionally, she served as the statewide program director for the Kentucky SBDC Veterans Assistance Program for four years. 

Patricia has a recognized career of empowering entrepreneurs in the successful development, management and growth of small businesses. She has served in local, state and national initiatives, including the KY Commission on Small Business Advocacy, Lincoln Trail Workforce Development Board, and Hiring KY Heroes. She developed and coordinated KSBDC statewide initiatives, including programs for veterans, agricultural diversification, and advanced professional development for the network. She has her Export and Trade Counseling Certification from the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Patricia graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from McKendree College and an M.B.A. from Embry Riddle University. In 2014 she was awarded the Kentucky Association for Economic Development Allied Professional of the year.
