Plate to Profit: Mastering Restaurant Operations, Finances & Staffing

WHAT: A 6-session, 3-month long, class aimed to help improve how you run your restaurant. Includes a 1:1 with Left Brain Solutions consultant, Anne Shadle, prior to the group sessions beginning. **Full course cost is $300 for limited time only.**

WHO: For existing restaurant owners with a minimum of 18 months in business and a max of 10 years in business. Class limited to participants

WHEN:

Feb 7: Kickoff Meeting

Remainder of February: 1:1’s with participants and course presenter

March 6th & 20th

April 3rd & 17th

May 1st & 15th

HOW: Via the Zoom platform, every other Wednesday at 10am (ET)

COURSE PLAN:

• FINANCES lesson: using financial statements to make smarter decisions and provide insights on how success can be achieved in our region of the country when unique challenges exist and during economically challenging times (tool: financial benchmarks)

• OPERATIONS lesson: inventory management best practices (tool: order & inventory guide)

• HR lesson: how to build HR processes that lead to higher retention (tool: list of all the HR docs with templates for each)

• HR lesson: how to know if your company culture is holding you back (tool: turnover calculation)

• MARKETING lesson: how to create specials that increase your sales (tool: special vetting doc)

• MARKETING lesson: using social media to grow your brand with JC Phelps
