Kentucky Procurement Technical Assistance Center is a non-profit corporation. Their funding is a combination of federal and state money. In 2019, the government will spend 4.5 trillion dollars on federal and state funding.
The government created the PTAC to assist companies in the process of providing products and or services to federal, state, and local governments. They support all businesses in the commonwealth for free and support engagement and develop strategies for entrepreneurs.
