Kevin talks about how to make the most out of your Google Business Profile. He started by telling the importance of a Google business profile, what a good Google Business Profile looks like, what the “3 pack” is, results from real businesses, and 4 things you should do today!

Up-to-date business profiles that show up on Google Search are 2.7 more likely to be considered reputable. Up-to-date business profiles on Google Maps are 70% more likely to attract location visits and 50% more likely to lead to a purchase.

Four things you should do today to improve your Google Business Profile are:

  1. Make sure that your name, address, and phone number are consistent across your Google Business, social media, and directory profiles.
  2. Ensure that the terms that your customers are searching for are on your website and in your profiles.
  3. Upload lots of photos and videos to your Google Business Profile.
  4. Begin asking for new reviews from customers and respond to any reviews that you’ve already received.
