Kevin talks about how to make the most out of your Google Business Profile. He started by telling the importance of a Google business profile, what a good Google Business Profile looks like, what the “3 pack” is, results from real businesses, and 4 things you should do today!
Up-to-date business profiles that show up on Google Search are 2.7 more likely to be considered reputable. Up-to-date business profiles on Google Maps are 70% more likely to attract location visits and 50% more likely to lead to a purchase.
Four things you should do today to improve your Google Business Profile are:
- Make sure that your name, address, and phone number are consistent across your Google Business, social media, and directory profiles.
- Ensure that the terms that your customers are searching for are on your website and in your profiles.
- Upload lots of photos and videos to your Google Business Profile.
- Begin asking for new reviews from customers and respond to any reviews that you’ve already received.
