  1. Identify who your best customers are
  2. Determine why they are the best
  3. What to do if your customer or client comes to you with business proposition in mind

Growing the business is about placing best. It’s critical for businesses to create multiple scenarios – the good, the bad, and the ugly before placing your best. The best way to move forward is to protect yourself with a strong contract. Look at the contract from a legal, financial, and operational standpoint.
