The business coaches will lead you through a discussion-based checklist of items to focus on during the busy holiday season. First and foremost is the need to schedule — schedule your social media posts, update your store hours, and any in-store special sale days.
The customer experience is imperative to the holiday season. While Amazon may be keeping consumers on their couch while shopping, the data shoes that 95% of customers value their local businesses. So make sure to be welcoming, clean up the entrance and area around your store, and provide an extraordinary experience.
For your online presence, ensure that the shopping and check-put experience is clean and simple. Just checking all of the backend processes to update all of the digital platforms can prove to be a successful holiday effort.
Finally, the coaches speak about everything from your inventory and packaging to your staffing and pricing. Make sure to listen in as you head into the busy holiday season. The front-end work can strongly benefit the busy season of November – January.
