The war room is about how to unlock the keys to find solutions on how businesses will develop and operate a plan. This covers how to switch tracks on the business and is intended to help businesses know what are the recommendations they can give for the business to be productive. This is to help business owners determine what are the problems and what are the solutions and opportunities to the problems. Owners need to be creative to find efficient ways to operate their businesses and also to eliminate barriers that are not good for the operation of the business. Important things can be done to build relationships that matter.
