- help clarify the future you want
- provide direction and focus
- help you manage your time better
- increase your productivity
- provide motivation and excitement
- give you measurements to achieve and a dimension to reach
- help you utilize your biggest strengths
You should make some considerations when settings goals. It is best to set specific and measurable goals that have a definite deadline. Once you are clear on your goals, you should identify the different obstacles that could stop achieving these goals. After you’ve done that, you can begin creating a plan that will help you reach your goals.
